Wow. That is all I can truly say. The story I am about to share with you all is truly so encouraging and has definitely allowed me to trust the Lord more than I ever did before. Many asked me how I was going to raise $15,800 for the World Race and I always told them that if I was supposed to be doing that, that the Lord would provide as long as I put my part in. I whole heartedly believed that. Well then funding slowed down after I raised about $6,000. I was stagnant and questioning God’s timing. I hate that I questioned His timing because my oh my at what was to come. Through the Christmas season nothing was coming in and I truly thought there was NO way I could raise another $10,500!

Fast forward to this past Sunday (February 6, 2022). This past Sunday my pastor Scott Moore preached on generosity in the church within our serious Radically Normal! He mentioned two needs in the church at the end. Me and this man in our church named Gregory Laffen. He has been battling cancer and needed money to have stability financially while he was out of work and i needed $10,500 left to be fully funded. At the end of the sermon Scott placed out venmo’s on the screen and mentioned our goals and different ways to donate.

Immediately money rolled in. My goal for that day was $1,000. Within 30 minutes $1,000 rolled in. Then another $1,000. THEN later on another $1,000! I was then notified of a $2,500 check that had been donated to me!!!! OVER $5,000 in one day!!! SINCE SUNDAY OVER $1,000 has been donated! and now I am SO close to being fully funded!!!!!

I never imagined that, that much money could have been raised that quickly. God allowed me to have a season of waiting and trusting. To see that through Him all is possible. I just wanted to write this so that it could maybe encourage some of you. TRUST IN HIM. Allow Christ to work according to His timing. Whether that be now or a year from now. He won’t call you into something and not help you reach your goals. Thank you to all who have donated, prayed, and challenged me. Thank you God for always going above and beyond even when i’m in seasons of doubt. Thank you for doing miraculous things and blowing my mind over and over again. I can’t wait to serve you forever!

TO ANYONE WHO FEELS CALLED TO MISSION WORK AND SEES A BIG NUMBER THAT THEY HAVE TO RAISE!!! : GOD HAS GOT THIS IF IT IS ACCORDING TO HIS WILL! take it day by day! He’s got you!!!
