It has been about two months since my acceptance to the World Race. Some days are hard if i’m being honest. It sometimes hits me how long nine months is and i freak out. Sometimes i think about the goal of $15,800…but then i sit back and remember MY GOD IS NOT A GOD OF FEAR.  He called me. He gave me a way. He is still providing. He loves His children and wants so much for us. SO LETS TRUST IN THAT TRUTH.

I have learned so much already just in these two months. That i’m not alone in my feelings. That I have brothers and sisters in Christ from all around cheering me on. That I have the most PERFECT KING to serve. So why fear the plans when they are His? 

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). God has told us over 100 times in His Word not to be afraid. He tells us not to fear because He is in control. He is our refuge and strength. Do not fear His plans. Trust in them even when you can’t see the outcome. That may be His whole plan. Maybe He doesn’t want us to see. but instead TRUST. 

It has been such a rewarding journey so far. I am truly blessed with the most precious teammates. I am blessed with amazing mentors. I am blessed BEYOND MEASURES BECAUSE OF OUR GOD. The Lord has given me the strength and tools to go along this journey. 

NOW A MESSAGE TO MY TEAM,

THIS TIME NEXT YEAR. This time next year we will all be in Gainesville, Georgia preparing to leave the country. This time next year we will be hand in hand worshiping together. This time next year we will be doing ministry together. This time next year we will be living life as one. THANK YOU. I am forever thankful for you my sweet team. Life is so sweet and I can’t believe I get to spend nine months with you all. NOW LETS DO THIS THING!!!!
